Authors' innovation and achievements should be highlighted, demonstrating significant academic or application value.The purpose of this conference is to enhance communication, and in respect of the majority of authors' preferences, the conference proceedings will be compiled and shared in electronic format.Therefore, papers presented at the conference may still be submitted to other conferences or journals without any conflict (there is no copyright transfer issue with this conference). Authors are requested to strictly adhere to the provided template and formatting requirements(Attachment 1), preparing their submissions in PDF format. Please submit the paper along with the conference registration form(Attachment 2)to the conference committee via email (paper-MPS2023@ish.org.cn).Please ensure that the first author and corresponding author's names and contact information (affiliation, phone number, email address) are mentioned in the footer of the paper's first page. Please indicate the conference theme to which the paper belongs.

    After the review process, selected papers will be chosen for oral presentations or poster presentations, and acceptance notifications will be sent via email.
